Realme 14 Pro+ 5G, Realme 14 Pro 5G With 6,000mAh ‘Titan’ Battery Introduced in India: Cost and Features
Realme 14 Pro 5G and Realme 14 Pro+ 5G were launched in India on Thursday. Both of these handsets come in three different color options, including Suede Grey and Pearl White, which changes color. The Realme 14 Pro uses a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy 5G chipset, whilst the Realme 14 Pro+ has a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. The more costly Pro+ variant has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX896 main sensor at the center of a triple rear camera set. Both of the Realme 14 Pro series’ phones have 6,000mAh batteries that support 80W rapid charging.
Price of the Realme 14 Pro 5G Series in India
In India, the 8GB+128GB model of the Realme 14 Pro 5G costs Rs. 24,999, while the 8GB+256GB model costs Rs. 26,999. It comes with Suede Grey, Pearl White, and Jaipur Pink finishes.
The 8GB+128GB version of the Realme 14 Pro+ 5G costs Rs. 29,999, while the 8GB+256GB variant costs Rs. 31,999. The price of a 12GB+256GB storage model is Rs. 34,999. It will be offered in Suede Grey, Pearl White, and Bikaner Purple colorways.
With qualifying bank card discounts, customers can save up to Rs. 4,000 on these phones. Pre-orders for the Realme 14 Pro series have begun, and the phones will be available for purchase on Flipkart, Realme’s online shop, and physical retail locations beginning January 23 at 12 p.m.
Realme 14 Pro+ 5G Specifications
Operating on Android 15 based on Realme UI 6.0, the dual SIM (Nano) Realme 14 Pro+ boasts a 6.83-inch 1.5K (1,272 x 2,800 pixel) AMOLED with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a PWM dimming of 3840 Hz, and a maximum brightness of 1500 nits. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i provides protection for the screen. The Snapdragon 7S Gen 3 CPU powers it, along with up to 256GB of storage and 12GB of RAM.
The 50-megapixel 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX896 main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an f/1.88 aperture is the focal point of the Realme 14 Pro+’s triple rear camera arrangement. A 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor periscope camera with OIS capabilities and up to 3x optical and 6x lossless zoom is also included in the camera unit, along with an 8-megapixel Sony IMX896 ultra-wide shooter. It features a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
Glonass, BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS, GPS, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, 4G LTE, 5G, and a USB Type-C port are among the connectivity features available on the new Realme 14 Pro+. Its dust and water resistance classifications are IP66, IP68, and IP69. For biometric authentication, it features a fingerprint sensor built into the screen.
The 6,000mAh Titan battery of the Realme 14 Pro+ supports 80W wired fast charging. It weighs about 196g and measures about 163.51×77.34×7.99mm.
Realme 14 Pro 5G Specifications
The SIM, software, and water resistance rating of the Realme 14 Pro 5G are identical to those of the Realme 14 Pro+ model. The 6.77-inch AMOLED screen of the vanilla model has a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits. Corning Gorilla Glass 7i is a covering on the phone. A MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy 5G chipset powers it, and it offers up to 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM.
There is only one 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 rear camera with OIS on the regular Realme 14 Pro 5G. It has a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The Realme 14 Pro 5G model’s sensors and connectivity features are almost the same as those of the Realme 14 Pro+ 5G. It features two certified Hi-Res speakers. In addition, it has an in-display fingerprint sensor and an IP66+IP68+IP69 rating.
The 6,000mAh battery of the Realme 14 Pro 5G supports 45W charging. It weighs about 181g and has dimensions of about 162×74×7.5mm.
In the Pearl White version of the Realme 14 Pro+ 5G and Realme 14 Pro 5G, Realme has used a cold-sensitive color-changing technology that responds to temperature variations.
