Launched for 1.53 Crore, the BMW M4 Competition MxDrive

BMW India has declared that the Completely Built-Up, or CBU, approach will be used to introduce the M4 Competition M xDrive to the Indian market. Reservations for the 1.53 crore high-performance coupe can be made online and at any BMW store. The M4 Competition M xDrive receives some technical improvements, as well as some interior and visual adjustments for 2024.

Inspired by BMW’s M4 CSL, the BMW M4 Competition M xDrive has revised bumpers with adjustable headlights and tail lamps. The BMW logo is currently coated in high gloss black, and a M graphic is an optional addition. The carbon fiber coating on the roof now serves to reduce the center of gravity and adds stiffness. The brake calipers are finished in blue, and the sides get a new set of M-forged alloy wheels with a double-spoke design. For an additional fee, customers can obtain red brake callipers. The wide-open front air intake inserts, rear diffuser, outside mirror caps, and CFP rear spoiler are all part of the optional M Carbon appearance package.

A new M leather steering wheel featuring a flat bottom, a 12-o’clock marking, and carbon fiber inlays has been added to the interior. Additionally available to customers is the M Alcantara steering wheel. Operating System 8.5 powers the infotainment system, which includes a voice-activated BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant. The standard M sports seats come with integrated headrests, many electrically powered adjustment options, and illuminated model badges. Standard features include active seat ventilation and heated seats for the driver and front passenger.

With its six-cylinder in-line petrol engine, the M TwinPower Turbo S58, powers the new BMW M4 Competition M xDrive. BMW’s xDrive technology powers all four wheels with this 3.0L engine. The engine accelerates from 0 to 100 kmph in under 3.5 seconds, producing a maximum output of 530 horsepower and a peak torque of 650 Nm. An 8-speed M Steptronic transmission with driving modes is the gearbox in use.
