Nathan Payne has made a name for himself in the industry through hard work, networking, and trying to learn from others. However, he also faced many obstacles to get to where he is now, like being in debt, coming from nothing, and learning everything from scratch.

He had no prior experience in real estate but decided to learn through trial by fire. Now he is the co-owner of Offer on Homes, his real estate investing company, and Investor Thrive, a company dedicated to helping people succeed in real estate and in their personal lives.

Nathan started a music venue business and had a good time providing a place for the local college students to come hang out and listen to live music. After college, he was still involved with the door-to-door sales industry but wanted a change of pace. So, Nathan reached out to one of his college friends and asked him if he wanted to go full-time in real estate and start a real estate investing company. With ZERO experience and ZERO dollars, they have taken this company from nothing to making millions of dollars in just a couple of years.
