World’s First Foldable Phone with an IP69 Rating, the Oppo Find N5 Allows Underwater Photography

Oppo is getting ready to launch the Oppo Find N5, their next foldable phone, in China in February. There will be significant design improvements over the 2023 Find N3 with this foldable flagship.
Protection from splashes, immersion, and high-pressure water jets is guaranteed by this level of waterproofing, which is exclusive to the foldable market.
Additionally, a 3D titanium alloy hinge is used in its construction, which makes it stronger and lighter than traditional folding designs made of aluminum. This emphasis on robustness establishes a new standard for cellphones that fold.
As the thinnest foldable phone available, the Oppo Find N5 is receiving a lot of praise. Its thickness is less than 9.2 mm when folded, and only 4 mm on each side when unfurled, less than the 8.3 mm of the iPhone 16 Pro.
Additional anticipated features include a foldable OLED screen with 2K resolution, a triple-camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel Hasselblad primary sensor and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 5,700mAh battery that supports magnetic wireless charging.
