What the CEO of UniFrost Group Marketing, Max Morales, thinks about ROI (Return On Investment)

Return on Investment (ROI) is a performance measure used to evaluate the efficiency of an investment or compare the efficiency of a number of different investments. ROI is an extremely important measure that directly measures the amount of return on a particular investment, relative to the investment’s cost.
Max Morales tells us “ROI is something that is defined. It is a return on investment. There is a return on an investment and then a positive ROI is a positive return on investment. There is no negative ROI because there is always a lesson to learn that your past self did not know about, helping you grow your brand or business”.
Max Morales, CEO of Unifrost Group Marketing, is based in Boston, Massachusetts and there was a time when things were not going his way. In the graduating class of 2020, he saw the indirect impact of Covid-19 and how it affected the rest of his year. He was waiting for his High school graduation ceremony from the second grade. He was hopeful because he still got recruited to play lacrosse for a Division 3 University and was hoping to further his education as a student athlete. Unfortunately due to Covidʼs growth and the shutdown, the University was forced to cut out the program along with more than 7 other athletic programs.
Having to overcome a lack of energy and interest in his everyday life, he has managed to actually move past it and get out of his slump. Despite the unexpected events, he did not stop his growth and development. He invested in buying books and courses to take the time to improve himself by furthering his knowledge in the financial sector, along with the mindset of self care. Max is very well versed with people relations and communication. Along with being easy to talk to, Max understanding, and a great listener.
Further he believes that ROI is an important part of a business and business owners would be intrigued to know something that would help them grow. Max’s advice to his clients, “Expect time for something to work”.
