Toyota to Unveil bZ3C and bZ3X BEV Models at Beijing Auto Show in 2024

The bZ3C and bZ3X, Toyota’s two new electric cars introduced at Auto China, are an evolution of the bZ Sport Crossover and bZ FlexSpace Concepts from the previous year. The concept cars and the actual models are similar, albeit the powertrain details are still unknown. Intelligent cockpits and sophisticated driver support systems are features of the two Toyota BEVs. Toyota bZ3C

The Intelligent ElectroMobility R&D Center of Toyota, along with BYD- and FAW-Toyota, worked together to create the bZ3C. With a more elegant appearance, the crossover resembles the Prius and bZ4X crossovers that are sold globally. It has aero wheels, flush-fitting door handles, a single swooping LED taillight, and crisp LED daytime running lights.

The vehicle features a digital gauge cluster and a sizable central multimedia screen in the center of the dashboard. A beautiful ambient lighting setup adds even more to the atmosphere.

Toyota Z3X

In comparison to its counterpart, the Toyota bZ3X, it appears noticeably bigger. Its silhouette is similar to a small minivan, but its black wheel arch trim and raised ride height are crossover-inspired design cues. Distinguished taillights, flush-fitting door handles, compact headlamps, and an LED light strip at the back are additional standout exterior characteristics.

The bZ3X appears to have a much roomier cabin than the bZ3C, featuring a comparable infotainment system. It has a two-spoke steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster, and two wireless phone charging connectors. Additionally, there is a broad panoramic glass roof.


The bZ3C and bZ3X’s release in markets outside of China has not yet been confirmed by Toyota. It is anticipated that more information about the features, pricing, and powertrain will soon be accessible.
