As the founder of Cassoni Furniture, I’ve embarked on a thrilling journey steeped in the pursuit of elegance, quality, and innovation. The path was far from easy, and along the way, I’ve learned valuable lessons that have shaped my brand and me as a business leader.

Passion Is Non-Negotiable

Passion was my North Star. I’ve always been intrigued by the symphony of aesthetics and function that makes a home more than just four walls. This passion for design was the fuel that ignited the Cassoni journey. I was dedicated to sourcing the finest furniture and finding the most supportive methods for my clients to get these pieces into living spaces. 

In the arduous moments, it was the passion that kept me going. My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs? Find what you’re passionate about, and success will follow.

Quality Takes Time and Patience

Creating a brand synonymous with quality took time. It took years of dedication, unwavering commitment, and meticulous attention to detail. We focused on artisanal craftsmanship; every piece was lovingly curated and checked for quality. The result? Furniture that stood the test of time and defined the essence of Cassoni. We currently represent over 100 Italian brands and I have personally handpicked all of them. Cassoni has over 40,000 architects and interior designers who source our furniture and accessories. I want to be confident they are getting only the best quality.

Adapt and Innovate

As we grew, we learned the importance of staying on the cutting edge of design. This meant being open to innovation, constantly adapting, and embracing change. We incorporated the latest trends while staying true to our timeless aesthetics, balancing tradition and modernity.

How did we do this as a company? Accepting we never knew everything, and being open to seeking new knowledge in every area of the business.

Perhaps the most valuable lesson was the power of relationships. Our partnerships with talented designers, inspiring companies, dedicated staff, and loyal customers have been instrumental in our growth. Building strong relationships based on mutual respect and trust has helped us navigate challenges and celebrate triumphs.

In building the Cassoni Empire, I’ve understood that it’s more than just a business – it’s a testament to the power of passion, perseverance, innovation, and relationships. These lessons, learned over years of hard work and dedication, have shaped Cassoni into the global powerhouse it is today and me into the leader I have become.

What motivates me is my wish to improve every day. I focus on bringing my clients better products, a higher level of customer service and a white-glove approach from purchase to placement.
