Tecno Pova 7 5G series launched In India. MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipsets with 8GB of RAM power the Tecno Pova 7 5G and Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G models in the lineup. The phones have 6,000mAh batteries that support 45W rapid charging. The phone’s revolutionary multipurpose Delta light interface, which is located at the rear, is its distinctive selling feature. Additionally, they have Tecno’s Ella AI installed, which can speak several Indian languages. Connectivity improvements including 4×4 MIMO and VOWiFi Dual Pass are supported by the Pova 7 5G series.

Tecno Pova 7 5G, Pova 7 Pro 5G: Specifications, Features

The Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G phone has a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,224 x 2,720) AMOLED screen with a peak brightness level of 4,500 nits, a refresh rate of 144 Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz. In High Brightness Mode, the 6.78-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,460 pixel) LTPS IPS display of the base Tecno Pova 7 5G can reach 900 nits of brightness.

Both the Tecno Pova 7 5G and Pova 7 Pro 5G have up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage and are powered by the 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate SoC. It has 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM, whereas the Pro version offers 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM. With HiOS 15, which is based on Android 15, the devices come with the Ella AI chatbot, which can speak Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and other Indian languages.

The Pova 7 5G series phones have an advanced signal optimization mechanism that enhances connectivity in rural and low-network areas of India. Its 86.5 percent antenna enclosure design and 4×4 MIMO capabilities allow for quicker data speeds, less blind spots, and higher signal reception. Another feature of the series is VOWiFi Dual Pass, which enables users to get call waiting notifications on SIM 2 while SIM 1 is in use.

Each phone in the Tecno Pova 7 5G series has a 6,000mAh battery that can be charged via 45W wired fast charging. Additionally, 30W wireless fast charging is available with the Pro model. 104 tiny LED lights that respond to music, notifications, volume, and charging are part of the new Delta Light Interface, which is positioned around the back of the phones near the rear camera modules.

The Tecno Pova 7 5G has two optical sensors: a light sensor and a 50-megapixel primary back sensor. The Pro variant has an 8-megapixel secondary sensor on the back in addition to a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 primary sensor. The front camera on both devices is 13 megapixels.

Tecno Pova 7 5G prices in India start at Rs. 12,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model and Rs. 13,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model. The phone is available in three color options: Oasis Green, Magic Silver, and Geek Black.

The 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB RAM and storage versions of the Tecno Pova 7 Pro 5G, on the other hand, cost Rs. 16,999 and Rs. 17,999 separately. It comes in Neon Cyan, Geek Black, and Dynamic Grey.

Tecno Pova 7 5G and Pova 7 Pro 5G smartphones will be sold in India on Flipkart on July 10.
