Spirit Airlines is Providing 313 Day Flights From DTW to a Few Different Places for $31.30 One Way
Cheers to 313 Days! From the city to the river and now to the sky, let us celebrate Detroit.
Spirit Airlines is celebrating Detroit pride by providing one-way flights from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) to a few select cities for as little as $31.30. The city’s area code, 313 is symbolic of this celebration. If you would want to travel between April 10 and May 22, 2024, you must buy your tickets by Wednesday, March 13, before 11:59 p.m.
Spirit Airlines noted in a news release that Detroit Metro Airport is home to both an aircraft repair facility and one of its Crew Bases for Pilots and Flight Attendants.
“We’ve been soaring in Detroit for more than three decades, and we’re thrilled to share this amazing deal in celebration of the community where we got our start,” said Lania Rittenhouse, Vice President of Guest Experience, Brand & Communications for, in the release. “Our nonstop service to and from DTW provides an affordable option for Detroiters to explore new destinations and connect with friends and family around the country.”
