The Surrey, England talent, born on 4th October 1965, started his career in the Royal Naval College in Dartmouth and went ahead to becoming a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy, having a passion for playing several team sports as well. This somewhere instilled in him excellent leadership qualities, which later were put into play when he entered the world of business. From being in the Royal Navy to jumping into the business world, Paul Sterriker had quite a journey.
Today, he holds three decades of experience building and running businesses across fields like Staffing/Recruitment, Healthcare, Creative Marketing, and now Property Development with his wife, Kasia, a well-known Environmental Artist.
When asked what motivates him in life, Paul Sterriker says that challenges and competition have always kept him on his toes. Also, taking ideas and turning them into successful businesses and also motivating and supporting others motivate him the most. He absolutely loves working with Kasia and collaborating on projects with her. Together, they have already achieved massively in the field of Property Development and are now excited to take the field to the next level in UAE with their Environmental Art Business. They are focusing on Property Development and looking forward to launching their first Dubai-based business in the field of Environmental Art.
