MacBook Air Released in India: Apple just released the new iPad Air with M3 CPU, and now the company has released a new device that updates its array of entry-level laptops, the MacBook Air. The 10-core M4 technology, which we saw in the iPad Pro last year in 2024, is integrated into this new MacBook. The MacBook Air (2025), like its predecessor, has 13-inch and 15-inch Liquid Retina displays and supports up to two additional external displays in addition to the built-in one. The gadget runs macOS Sequoia out of the box, has 16GB of RAM, and supports Apple Intelligence. Up to 2TB of SSD storage can be installed.

13-inch (2,560×1,664 pixels) and 15-inch (2,880×1,864 pixels) Super Retina screens with a pixel density of 224 ppi and a maximum brightness of 500 nits are included in the MacBook. The report claims that the laptop can handle up to two external monitors with a resolution of up to 6K (when the laptop is open).
The MacBook Air (2025) is outfitted by Apple with an M4 chip, which has a 10-core CPU with four efficiency cores and four performance cores. Along with an 8-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine, the laptop supports hardware-accelerated ray tracing.
The MacBook Air (2025) can have up to 2TB of SSD storage and 24GB of RAM installed. A three-mic array and a quad speaker arrangement with spatial audio are included. Along with two Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 connections, a MagSafe 3 charging port, and a 3.5mm audio jack, the laptop has Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 connectors.
The new MacBook incorporates a Touch ID button that can be used to authenticate purchases or unlock the machine. With its Force Touch trackpad, you may use Multi-Touch gestures and Force clicks. A 1080p FaceTime camera is available, supporting Desk View and Center Stage.
The base edition of the 13-inch MacBook Air comes with a 30W USB Type-C power converter, but it also has a 53.8Wh lithium-polymer battery that supports 70W rapid charging. The slightly larger 66.5Wh battery is included with the 15-inch model. The most recent MacBook Air, according to Apple, can browse the web for up to 15 hours and watch videos for up to 18 hours using the Apple TV app.

This starts at Rs 99,900 for the entry-level model, which has 256GB of storage and 16GB of RAM. Alternatively, the base 15-inch model with 16GB RAM and 256GB storage costs Rs 1,24,900.
Beginning on March 12, Apple’s newest MacBook Air model will be on sale in India and may be pre-ordered. Along with the additional color options, Apple has made it available in Sky Blue, Midnight, Silver, and Starlight this time.
