How Andy Jang Scaled His Agency To Multiple 6- Figures During The Pandemic

Before starting his company Injury Leads during the pandemic, Andy Jang was like most entrepreneurs starting out. He was the CEO of Eclektic Marketing but despite the fancy title, he was overworked, underpaid, and was beginning to lose hope without much progress in his day-to-day agency. He was taking on all sorts of clients from restaurant owners, medical spas, to even nightlife venues without all that much money being left over.

Andy always knew that one day he would make it, but at the time, it just seemed like a farfetched dream. He was motivated by other digital entrepreneurs who seemed to have all the time in the world, barely working, and traveling the world while they make a bunch of money.

Then the Covid-19 pandemic hit. What changed everything for him was the ability to scale but to do that, he knew he had to change something in his agency. He noticed that law firms were still advertising despite the lockdowns in early 2020, which meant they had the advertising budget. Instead of focusing on getting every and any client, he decided to just take on law firms as his clients in order to deliver the same results without putting in extra time.

He credits his current success by focusing on the 3 S’s that has resulted in working less than 10-20 hours per week: simplicity, scaleability, and sales.

By focusing on one simple service, he was able to scale quicker because it meant doing less work. He stopped doing content creation, social media management, running customized ads, or even creating new websites for various business owners. Instead, he decided to offer qualified leads for personal injury attorneys which meant that he can scale his business quicker. With the extra time on his hands, he focused 90% of his time on sales, which definitely helped his business scale.

Often knowns as the 80/20 rule, or the Pareto Principle, Andy decided that sales was the quickest way to scaling and living the life that he always dreamed of. By focusing on one industry, he was able to quickly scale to clients nationwide because the results would be much easier since he only had to perfect one thing.

Today, Andy Jang runs one of the fastest growing law firm marketing company known as Injury Leads with clients nationwide and is on track for 7-figures by the end of 2021. Ironically, he claims that he works even less hours as he scales since more tasks are automated with the right systems in place.
