‘Dual 2K’ Resolution 34-inch Curved Monitor Unveiled by Eizo to Be Released in July

A 34-inch curved display specifically for designers, the EV3450XC was just introduced abroad by Eizo. This display, sometimes known as “dual 2K,” has a high resolution (3440 x 1440 pixels) that makes it perfect for creative operations.

The phrase “dual 2K” doesn’t have an official technical definition, but it basically indicates that the horizontal resolution is about the same as two 1080p screens arranged side by side. With plenty of screen real estate for designers and other creative people to work with, this translates into a crisp and roomy viewing experience.

Covering the sRGB color spectrum, color fidelity is given top priority in the EV3450XC. With its 1000:1 static contrast ratio, 5 ms reaction time, and brightness of 300 nits, it is appropriate for the majority of design and productivity applications.

The monitor stand has two ergonomic features: it can be tilted and is wall-mounted using VESA 100x100mm spacing. It has many ports for connectivity, including one USB-B, two USB-C, two USB-A, and two HDMI (exact versions not given). Two 4W speakers are also included with the monitor.

It is anticipated to be available in July, however the price and the release date have not yet been disclosed.
