Breeze Airways Adds New Destinations From Daytona International Airport

Breeze Airways will begin service between Akron-Canton Airport in Ohio, which is roughly 50 miles from Cleveland, and Daytona Beach International Airport.
Beginning on Nov. 7, the airline will operate Monday through Friday flights between Wilmington International Airport (ILM) in North Carolina and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). In addition, Breeze will begin service to Salisbury Regional Airport (SBY), which is situated on the Eastern Shore region of Maryland, around 30 miles west of Ocean City… On Mondays and Fridays starting October 1, Breeze’s SBY service will link the airport to Orlando International Airport (MCO).
“After adding an astounding 29 new cities and 88 routes to our network last year and announcing seven new cities and 40 routes so far this year, Breeze is quickly becoming the fastest growing airline in the industry,” Breeze founder and CEO David Neeleman said
Breeze announced the following routes on May 7:
1. Daytona Beach, Florida: Wednesdays and Saturdays, starting Sept. 3, from $49, one-way.
2. Fort Lauderdale, Florida: Wednesday and Saturday, BreezeThru (one stop/no change of plane) with nonstop service on Monday and Friday, starting Nov. 5, from $59 one-way.
3. Jacksonville, Florida: Thursday and Sunday, starting Sept. 4, from $59, one-way.
4. Key West, Florida: BreezeThru (one stop/no change of plane) service on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, starting Oct. 2.
5. West Palm Beach, Florida: Monday and Friday, BreezeThru (one stop/no change of plane) with nonstop service on Wednesday and Saturday starting Sept. 3.
6. Wilmington, North Carolina: Monday and Friday, starting Nov. 7 from $49 one-way.
Breeze will operate all of the additional routes on its fleet of Airbus A220-300 jets, which come equipped with Wi-Fi and the airline’s “Ascent” first-class seats.
