Beats Solo 4 and Beats Solo Buds have Extended Battery Life Upon Arrival

Along with the TWS earbuds, Beats, a division of Apple, has introduced a new line of headphones.

Beats Solo 4

With its featherweight design and weight of just 217g—less than that of an iPhone 15 Pro Max, incidentally—the Beats Solo 4 has UltraPlush cushions, a flex-grip headband, programmable sliders, and “ergonomically angled ear cups,” according to the report.

With 40mm transducers designed specifically for the Solo 4, “minimize electronic artifacts, latency, and distortion” to provide “extraordinary clarity and range”. Additionally, it boasts improved beam-forming microphones and an advanced noise-learning system for high-quality calls. It also supports Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking.

On iOS and Android, pairing is simple and requires only one touch. The Solo 4 is compatible with Find My or Find My Device on those specific mobile operating systems. You can also use “Hey Siri” and audio sharing hands-free on iOS.

The Solo 4 has a 3.5 mm analog input for cable playback without a battery and a USB-C connection that supports USB-C audio and simultaneous charging. You may answer calls, use your voice assistant, and adjust volume by pressing the B button above or below.

Up to 50 hours of battery life on a single charge is guaranteed, while Fast Fuel allows for up to 5 hours of playback on a 10-minute charge.

For $199.99, you can order the Beats Solo 4 in Matte Black, Slate Blue, and Cloud Pink right now. On May 2, shipping will begin.

Beats Solo Buds

The brand’s “big Beats sound in the smallest case” is what these earbuds are all about. “Ergonomically designed acoustic nozzles and laser-cut vents” are included to reduce pressure and enhance audio performance. The box contains four eartip sizes: XS, S, M, and L.

Each earbud features dual-layer transducers for high-fidelity music “with uncompromising clarity and detail,” “designed to minimize micro-distortions across the frequency curve.” Every bud features a specially made microphone equipped with a sophisticated noise-learning algorithm.

They support Google’s Find My Device and Apple’s Find My networks, and like the Solo 4, they can be paired with iOS and Android devices with ease.

Here, the primary control is the B button, which supports both single-tap and long-press gestures. The Beats app or iOS Settings are where you may adjust these. Up to 18 hours of playback may be obtained from a single charge of the Beats Solo Buds, and an additional hour can be obtained from a 5-minute charge when using Fast Fuel.

In June, the $79.99 Solo Buds in Matte Black, Storm Gray, Arctic Purple, and Transparent Red will be on sale.
