Truecaller the top worldwide communications platform, has unveiled Message IDs, a cutting-edge AI function. Finding crucial business messages among spam and other unnecessary texts is the new tool’s goal in streamlining communication.
Currently, the service is operational in 30 countries worldwide, including India.
Message IDs on Truecaller
Message IDs uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze the SMS inbox and find messages from certified organizations, such as delivery updates, ticket booking status, OTPs, and more. These communications appear in the inbox with a green checkmark, according to Truecaller.
Message IDs on Truecaller are accessible to all users, not just Premium subscribers. English, Hindi, Swahili, and Spanish are among the international and Indian languages that are supported when it is first presented.
Truecaller may also identify and highlight other significant messages, even if they don’t fit within the traditional SMS category, in addition to the ones mentioned above. Additionally, using AI, message IDs highlight the most crucial information in messages so that the user may act quickly. It is tagged as “AI generated summary” and displays above the original content.
AI-powered Message IDs on Truecaller are an extension of the recently added iPhone API compatibility, which makes it possible for Apple devices to automatically prevent spam calls and identify callers in real time. The iOS version of the app now includes the same functionality as its Android equivalent, which has had them for years.
